Delivery Charges

UK shipping is charged at the following rates:

Spend Up to £4.99 shipping = £1.75
Spend Up to £9.99 shipping = £2.50
Spend Up to £19.99 shipping = £3.50
For orders over £20 shipping is Free.

Non-UK shipping is charged at the following rates (please note that some products are not available to overseas customers - please see individual item descriptions)

Spend Up to £9.99 Shipping = £3.00
Spend Up to £19.99 Shipping = £5.00
Spend Over £20 Shipping = £10.00 (We will calculate the exact postage and contact you before despatch, refunding any overcharge of this amount or charge the additional postage as required.)

An Additional international signed for charge of £4.95 will automatically be added to the above prices.

Please note that for overseas orders, Dotty crafts cannot be held responsible for customs charges incurred by the receiving country. Also customers need to be aware that their package maybe opened and examined by customs officers in the receiving country and that Dotty crafts cannot be held responsible for this.
